The MYOB World General Accounting system allows eRecure to track inventory accounting of its customers.
The Inventory Management system stores item information for the Sales Order Management, Procurement, and manufacturing systems.
Bulk Stock Control
This system controls the storage, measurement, and movement of dynamic bulk inventory for example:
* It Control the storage and movement of Hardware from one place to another
* Control other aspects of Container Management
* Provide efficient inventory control
* Use international standard algorithms to perform weight and area conversions
* Track inventory balances for each product in various units of measure and show the details of the transactions that created the balance
The Procurement system retrieves item costs for purchase orders from the Inventory Management system. After we receive and create vouchers for purchased goods, the system updates the general ledger and creates accounts payable entries for payment.
Sales Order Management
The Sales Order Management system retrieves item prices and costs from the Inventory Management system for sales orders. The system updates the general ledger and creates accounts receivable entries to record inventory, cost of goods sold, revenue, and tax transactions for cash receipts processing.
The Inventory Management system works with the Address Book system to retrieve up-to-date customer, supplier, and warehouse address information.
